• Mayans Secret High Oleic Organic Sunflower Oil is a natural oil extracted from sunflower (Helianthus annuus) seeds
• The oil is a clear honey color with a bland odor; relatively rich in vitamin E and low in saturated fat. This particular sunflower oil is of the high oleic variety and as a result of the oils higher oleic acid content, it is more stable and resistant to oxidation.
• A 4-ounce dark amber glass bottle & and glass stopper extend the shelf life as oils are light sensitive and must be stored in dark amber bottles to protect them from oxidation. (Pure natural oils that are not packaged in dark bottles will lose potency and become ineffective.)
